Standard rates run from $0.08 per word, and most diaspora documents (birth and marriage certificates, single-form filings, diplomas) are quoted per page from $25. Every project receives a fixed-price quote before work begins, so there are no surprise invoices on delivery. See our full pricing overview or request a fixed quote for your specific document.
Standard delivery is 24–48 hours for single-page documents and 3 business days for larger files. Same-day rush is available for active USCIS filings, embassy submissions, and court deadlines — confirm with us before you commit, not after. No — and this is where most generic translation shops fail. Zana is a native Gheg speaker and matches every Albanian document to a translator from the originating region, so a birth record from Pristina stays Pristina-Gheg rather than getting Tosk-ized. Family names, place names, and dialect vocabulary are preserved exactly. See Albanian-to-English services for the full Gheg and Tosk breakdown.
Yes. Every translation ships with a signed statement of accuracy in the format USCIS, immigration courts, and embassies expect — zero rejections on first submission for format. We have never had a translation rejected for certification issues, and notarized certificates are included at the Professional tier. See legal translation for the courts, embassies, and USCIS bundle.
Apostille is state-level certification for documents being sent abroad, only required if the destination country is a Hague Apostille member and the filing is outside the U.S. We coordinate the full chain (certified translation, notarization, and apostille) so you do not have to chase three separate offices yourself. See the Albanian birth certificate + apostille bundle for what applies to your situation.
Yes. We provide transcription plus translation for audio and video files. This works well for depositions, recorded interviews, business meetings, marketing content, and personal voice notes. Contact us for a custom quote.
A certified translation includes a signed statement of accuracy from the translator (or translation company) attesting that the translation is complete and accurate. A notarized translation adds a notary public who verifies the identity of the signer and witnesses the signature on the certificate — it does not certify the translation quality itself. Some agencies and countries require notarization on top of certification; others accept certification alone.
We accept PDF, DOCX, DOC, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and most common document and image formats. Scanned documents and photos of physical papers both work — as long as the text is legible. For audio and video translation we accept MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, and MOV. If you have a less common format, send it over and we will confirm.
Pricing depends on language pair, document length, complexity, and turnaround. Standard rates run from $0.08 per word for standard documents to $0.12 per word for technical or specialized content. Rush and same-day service is available at a premium, and enterprise contracts are quoted custom. Every project receives a fixed-price quote before work begins — no hidden fees.
